Pizza Hut

Got a pizza and 16 wings. All tasted good. Staff was friendly. Went to the drive through for pickup, rang the bell, and nobody came up. Went to the front door and it was locked. Then the delivery driver pulls up and says, "they're in there, they're just not paying attention." I go back to the drive through and they tell me 10 more minutes because the fryer oil was being replaced when I placed my order. It actually took 20 minutes. They gave me $5, a 20oz soda, and a coupon for a free large any way you want it pizza to make it right. Calls seem to go to some call center, so who knows if you're actually talking to the location you're getting it from.

The food was better than the last time I got pizza hut in general (much less greasy and drippy) The service was good and the new guy who helped us did really well, the seasoning for our wings was not at this location and he quickly told us the options available. The only problem and a minor one at that is that the spicy Pepperoni pizza was a bit dry (May be our fault as we took a bit to get there) overall much more positive than previous experiences with pizza hut in general.

You texted me at 8:41 that my order was out for delivery. It arrived at 9:18, after I waited outside of the hotel for approximately 40 minutes. The pizza was cold and I had no means to reheat it. The delivery person was unapologetic. The store did not answer 5 calls while I waited. Instead, the phone would ring after I selected "2" from the main menu. After 6 rings, it would simply disconnect. At the very least Pizza Hut owes me a hot pizza and a sincerely warm apology, before I would consider ordering again, let alone recommending it.

Second time I ordered a taco pizza from this place and got a pizza with ground beef lettuce and cheese. No Doritos no tomatoes no sour cream no salsa! And then whenever you try to call to get the correct order we sent to your house no one answers the phone and when it appears that someone did answer the phone hang up. And when I say I tried calling I mean I tried calling at least 10 times! This is horrible and I will never order another pizza from Pizza Hut ever again! Never ever! This company has gone downhill and I have never been so disappointed, oh wait yes I have because it happened about a month ago when I tried ordering a taco pizza .

Over an hour since ordering and no food. When I called to ask how much longer it would take, the man who I spoke with was extremely rude to me. Instead of offering to help at all, he simply placed me on hold. I'm still on hold, I have no food, no answers, and nobody offering to help me in any way. The website stated 35-45 minutes. They said wait times are 1.5+ hours. Why is this not reflected on the website when I ordered? No offer to compensate me for this error on their part. I wouldn't have ordered from here if it would have told me it would be that long. Now I won't hardly have any time to actually eat my dinner.

by dar worth pizza hit in madison ive been ordered from them instead of park st for about 2 weeks now unfortunately. First time i ordered from them they for got to put the pizza sauce on my pizza…. Ues it was just cheese and meet so i calldd and got a refund and they sent me some coupons and when i placed a order for 2 pizza (1 was to be redeemed with my coupon) and the overweight delivery driver gave me a hard time trying to tell me i cant use coupons with delivery so i told her id just pick it ip so i can use my coupon and she got mad and then stole the coupon never got my food worst experience ever
