Two young high school age workers and neither seemed interested in working as a team or communicating with each other. Have been there once before when the female was working hard but young man was sitting in back and did not come out to help when it got busy. If young man is in charge he needs more training. The weekday staff are consistently better. Food was still good.

Food is good, but the customer service is horrible. I gave them 5 chances to be fair. Very lazy and if you ask for anything "special" like the limited time subs, they get irritated and smirk. They never say welcome, hello, how are you or thank you. It is a "spend money and leave" vibe. Also, if you go in the last hour of being open, almost everything is put away. Maria and Ana talk to each other and completely ignore the customer. I repeated my self 11 times once. I counted because this has happened just about ever time I have gone in. The subway on Stoughton Rd is 10 times better. Go there instead, it is close.

This place was aweful. Both the spanish speaking women waiting on us were more interested in their conversation than our food. They were rude. They did not ask if we wanted drinks and did not give us any napkins. Food was fine but the checkout experience was disgusting.

I've only been here once and afterwards I didn't want to go back. Out of all of the Subway Restaurants I have been to across the Midwest, this one was the worst. The food did not taste very fresh and it felt like the staff really didn't want you there.

Understaffed. Ordered online and received order ready for pickup, got to restaurant and they hadn't even started the order. Order was wrong. Lady speaking Spanish working very hard. The kid wasn't doing jack. Fire him.

Great sandwiches asked if you want more sauce for your sandwich but the need to start asking if you still want any thing to drink
