7-eleven

This place is terrible, and not convenient at all. Tonight (Friday evening), I started pumping gas at 8:15pm, and suddenly the pumps all shut off. Everyone there was confused. When I asked the two employees leaving the store they said, "the pumps shut off when we close". They randomly closed early on a Friday night. I literally had pumped about $0.12, and lost my rewards discount because of this unpredictable place. This place is falling apart, and should be avoided.

Employee was rude and disrespectful to my wife, followed her out to her car to take a picture of her. As a husband my wife's safety is my number one concern and neither of us will be returning to this 7-Eleven while this employee is still employed there. I would leave negative stars if possible based on my wife's experience. The picture posted is of the employee so concerned with his cellphone in front of him that he misses me standing there waiting to buy an item, and doesn't even realize when I take a photo of him. Horrible customer service!!!

I called with a question to find out if they still have pizza by the slice. I absolutely love their cheese pizza (it's greasy but delicious!) In the 10 seconds I was on the phone with the gentleman who had answered my call, he asked me to hold on a moment. I could hear a customer in the background yelling at him for taking a call. He very calmly and politely explained to him that yes he is a customer but he was also helping a customer on the phone. I chose to end my call and let this guy deal with the disgruntled customer. I just stopped in instead and thanked him for how professionally he handled the situation. There wasn't any cheese pizza currently in the case, so I just requested one to be made. It didn't take long at all and the lady that rung me up was also very nice and actually had a smile! I've noticed lots of negative reviews on here, and while I was in the store I noticed a lot of customers getting irritated for not being in and out in 10 seconds! I don't know what kind of businesses people usually go to, but no matter where you go and no matter how many employees are currently working, you are not the only thing they have to focus on. People need to suck it up and grow up and learn that getting whatever you are picking up from a 7-11 is not an emergency!!

If you need air, Kwik Trip down the street next to Whole Foods has a free, functional air hose :) Air hose here doesnt accept cards (“cards offline”) and owner doesnt give quarters to use it, adamantly tells you to go somewhere else because of the so-called quarter shortage. Ok i just bought my dumb little snack here too:)
