Usually have a good experience here but good luck calling. All I wanted to do was say I didn’t want cheese on my Big Mac ordered from Uber eats, dude said he couldn’t hear me and hung up. At least call your customers back man 🤣 communication between you and your customers is important especially in the restaurant industry.

Employees refusing to work past 11:30. Sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes and then got told it’ll be another 15 before they start taking orders again. I gotta go to work, 3rd shift, got severe health issues. Now I gotta work with no food for 8 hours. That’s great.

Yikes! I went to this McDonald’s and when i first walked in there was a spilled soda on the floor and nobody cleaned it up even when I left! Second the workers in the kitchen kept coughing and they did NOT have a mask! Third MY BURGER WAS HORRENDOUS it was moldy and green! Yikes! I know. The workers here were SO rude and kept telling she will break my knee caps! They kopt rolling their eyes at me ! Especially Danny, Linda, and Valerie!!!

Pretty sure they gave me iced coffee with sweet tea mixed in. That was the most disgusting drink I've ever tasted. My stomach hurts from the nastiness that I just consumed. So glad I didn't want a drink....

There was an actual live roach in the food display. Told the manager and he just shrugged said he'd take care of it and then went back to working. Finished eating the food and by the time we left the roach was still in the display and somebody else had noticed it as well and told the manager and he told the person the same thing but did not remove the roach

We waited at the speaker box for about 30 minutes and nobody took our order and they were all just sitting around in Hiding I really hope this gets to corporate because this is the worst service I have ever seen We saw a manager at a window and he still did not take a single order WORST WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE

Waited 20min and got the incorrect items. This location needs better management.

McDonald's app is worthless, but its the only way to get certain items. But then, those items are not so special.
The hack sandwiches are no cheaper than if you buy them individually, and its 100% assembly by customers. There is absolutely no reason to download the app to get the hacks when its more trouble than necessary to do so.
Lastly, not all McDonald's honor points, so its fun racking them up with no way to spend/retrieve/use them.
