Mcdonald's

A nice location near the community college and dmv. I stopped on my way to deforest. It's got a great drive through and eating area. The staff was very polite as well. Not bad for your typical McDonald's chain. This one has recently been renovated. It's got a nice comfy eating area inside too. I was happy with my service.

First of all, there was only one family and me with my daughter waiting for the order.It was so slow,by the time ive gotten my order,fries were cold and not pleasant to eat, my daughter got a bad leave in her burger and chicken smelled weird as it went bad. Food was gross,gladly,i tried my daughters burger and she stopped eating it. Mine was full of terrible sauses,yuck.Moreover,the kitchen is soooo dirty!!! ewww,there might live lots of rats or cocroaches. Workers didnt wear any working clothes or gloves.One of them was wearing a leather jacket,as if ge just got off his bike,another looked as if he came to work at the kitchen after cleaning his back yard wearing dirty sweater.The third one was wearing dress shirt and dress pants.What??? wow, im glad ive seen all that and since today ill eat home food only and never ever fast food especially in mcdonalds.

It’s your every day, run of the mill McDonald’s restaurant with the same menu, food quality, and hit or miss service that you’ve come to expect. This particular location is definitely dated both inside and out, but the drive through is quick and the food is hot at least. Two circles around the building if you’re doing the drive through the way this lot and building are set up.

Hands down the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. Fries were dry and re cooked even after I came in to get new fries were barely better mcchicken over cooked no lettuce, buns dry and flat. Missing apples from kids happy meals. Teenage staff there didn’t say anything just shrugged and look like that wanted to off themselves. Avoid at all costs!!!!!

I've been to this location many times for breakfast and it seems they typically mess up my order which I can usually deal with. But what I can't deal with is the disrespect my husband and I have received the last 2 times. I believe the rude individual is a manager which is even more alarming. I made a mobile order for the first time for my husband to pickup. Well, I didn't know that my phone needed to be at the McDonald's location for them to start preparing my order. But the app did provide an order code to give to a crew since I had paid already. My husband tried giving the lady the order code as well did I from over the phone. The lady would not even try to input the code into the register. She kept saying "I don't need no code for mobile orders they just pop up. " She kept saying I ordered from the wrong restaurant but I did not. Lastly, she said "I don't have time for this." I have worked in the fast food industry as well as the customer service industry and you do not treat people like that especially when they are being respectful to you.
