Pizza Hut

So I usually am a huge fan of Pizza Hut and usually go to the one on Mineral Pointe and have never had a problem. I decided to go to this one because it was on the way home and boy was that a huge mistake. We asked for extra pepperoni, as we always do, and they stacked some of them 6-7 high. There were so many pepperonis that the pizza didn't cook enough and it was positively swimming in grease. You would pick up a slice and the grease would run off in a steady drip. We tried eating it anyway because we were so hungry but my wife and I could barely stomach it. So disappointed. Especially in a time like this I wish I would have supported a small business and not the Hut. We won't be back. I'll forever equate Pizza Hut with this nasty grease ball wreck of a pizza.

Past experience has been very good. Not tonight, though. Ordered a large thin crust with sausage, mushrooms, and black olives. I received a large hand tossed with sausage, pepperoni and onions. I did receive the receipt for the pie I ordered, so the receipts must have been switched. It was inconvenient to return for a replacement especially with icy roads.

My order was prepared wrong. The receipt was correct, but toppings were missing from my pizza. To achieve "strongly agree" to the statement "I would recommend this restaurant to others", I need to receive accurate orders consistently like I do at other Pizza restaurants nearby. This is the only one near me that regularly gets my order wrong, or gives it to the wrong person and has to remake it when I show up. Until the quality measures improve, the main reason I return here is if I have a coupon.
