Q Q Asian Buffet

My wife wanted to try this restaurant one more time. No change from before. I will never dine here again unless I see some incredible reviews. This is my old review - This restaurant used to be my # 1. The quality of food and availability of food has slipped tremendously. Our last trip to the restaurant it seemed almost impossible for them to keep food on the buffet and it was not even busy. Today the food seemed stale and dry like it has been sitting under heat lamps for quite some time. I think I have made my last trip to this restaurant unless I see some future superior reviews..

We've been to QQ buffet a few times and it was ok but it got worse and worse! The service was HORRIBLE!!! These people suck!!! They should not be running a restaurant at all! They suck with service: don't refill drinks, not friendly, takes forever to take plates away, they simply don't care about customers. Their food is decent but nothing special. They don't stir or refill their food trays, their food is only fresh during lunch and beginning of dinner. They always have their family there which is super annoying because the workers will just go and talk to them and completely ignore customers! THIS PLACE SUCKS BALLS! Please don't go here so they lose business and finally CLOSE!!! This may be harsh but it's true! The guy/husband who works there is fairly decent much better than they female workers.

WOULD GIVE 0 STARS , BUT THAT IS NOT AN OPTION I have been going QQ Asian Buffet for the last couple of years 2-3 times a week since they opened . The food and service has changed in the last several months . This used to be my favorite buffet . Well yesterday Saturday October 27th 2012 is the last time that I will go there . The reason for this is I and a friend went there to eat the lunch buffet at 2:30 . We went through and got the regular items that we normally enjoy there and talked for sometime . They brought the bill and left it on the table , ignoring the fact that both of us needed soda refills , but picking up the empty plate . I felt the need for 2 of the mini cream puffs so I went up and got a couple . Then at 3:34 ( the bill was printed at 3:33 ) she comes buy and picks up the bill and replaces it with another bill . So we look and they changed it to a dinner bill . So I questioned this and was told that we had eaten dinner , not lunch (remember this ended at 3:33 PM) So at that point I decided that I wanted the soda refill that she had been ignoring for the last 20 minutes (THIS IS SOMETHING THAT IS VERY COMMON THERE) . After feeling total discust and the fact that the quality of food and SERVICE has been on a downhill spiral , we paid and left. WE WILL NEVER RETURN FOR THIS TREATMENT AND ADVISE YOU TO AVOID QQ ASIAN BUFFET ALSO

This place is amazing. Here's how i look at it. For the price of buying a large chinese meal from a resturant, you get all you can eat and unlimited soda. Now normally that's not to thrilling in a buffet BUT this place stays fresh. All the times i've been there i've never seen them let the food sit out too long. The food is also far more amazing than any other chinese restaurant i've been to in town save ginza (and that's only because of the sushi) the flavors are just incredible. They have an incredible variety for a $10 buffet compared to most "chinese" restaurants that share the same menu. The other little things -they have ice cream -they have amazing tea -small sushi selection -for $0.99 you can have all you can eat crab legs with your buffet (i'm not joking)
