Saigon has been one of our favorites for a long time. It’s conspicuously located in a not so busy shopping mall but it’s worth the visit every time. The food & service are always both very good and consistent. The owner here knows our order as soon as we walk in the door which says a lot about them and remembering their customers. The clay pots are awesome and come out of the kitchen very quickly. I love that the sodas come from cans and not from a soda fountain so the carbonation and taste is always fresh. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Very courteous staff very attentive and eager to serve. The prices and pricing are modest and it's nice when you have appetizers like shrimp spring rolls.
The soups were delicious and everything tasted very fresh and well prepared I really enjoyed it and will be back thank you Saigon.

The owners won't tell you this, but they add a dollar more for every entree. They have this tiny sign by the register no one sees until you go to pay.
I can understand businesses charging more, but hiding the true cost until it's time to pay is shady business practices.

Pho was and always is great. Service was fast and food came out hot and tasty. My wife had the fried rice and she loved it as well. This is a great go to spot.

I'm all for supporting small businesses and restaurants, especially during a pandemic when small businesses are constantly closing. Even if a place has to raise their prices, no problem, I get it. But please do it ethically.
When you dine in, you're immediately ushered to the left to the dining room and handed a menu with pricing. You order, dine in, and go pay in the front (behind a wall right where you walk in). I could tell that our check was slightly higher than I anticipated, went to pay and inquired about the math on our ticket. Employee told me that the menu changed and everything costs more now. "So you gave me the wrong menu?" "No there's a sign." "On the menu?" "No, right here:" at this point, she pointed toward my knee caps and I saw a sheet of paper that stated everything is $1 more due to COVID-19. Keep in mind this is not posted anywhere else, and where it is posted is an area of the restaurant that would be out of your way as a diner given the flow of the dining room. On top of the bad placing, you can see that the sign used to say "$1 more for any entree." They scribbled out "entree" so now it says $1 more for any. That means even a fountain drink or a spring roll is now almost double price.
Having said all that, I don't care at all to spend more, but if that's the case, you should let people know up front instead of making it feel like you were tricked at the end. Food was fine, even before the price hike at the end, pricing is more expensive than Viet Cuisine 10 minutes away for smaller portions.
