I had the big smash bacon burger with a fried egg. It was delicious

Visited July 19. I got a mushroom and Swiss and was surprised at how bad this tasted. The meat was almost mushy tasting and the fries were EH at best. I didn't even eat half my burger or barely any fries. Won't visit again.

Pretty bomb burger. I’d say top 3 in this area. If you complain about greasy food, get a salad. I’d give 5 stars, but have had some items missing in the past on my order. Thanks for feeding me. 😋😋

This was my first visit. I wanted Five Guys but Smashburger is closer to my house, so I thought I'd give it a try. The picture might look good but the sandwich was horrible! It had too much salt or the grill was dirty, the toppings were not fresh, I asked for light mustard but it had so much I had to scape it off.
Long story short... It was an hour before closing so I am not sure if that's the reason for the taste. I made it home and I could not finish my burger. I headed back out and went to Five Guys. I was going to call the next day for a refund but I felt it wasn't worth the trouble. I know better next time.

These guys shine especially now during the pandemic. The manager always checks to make sure we’re happy. The place is clean and enforces good hygiene and social distancing.

Ordered online 1 hour before pick up time. Get to the restaurant, no food is ready, no one knows what is going on , no one knows where our food is, cashier left register to go to the restroom with a line of people of waiting. We waited for an additional 20 minutes to find out our food was sitting under a light waiting for us to come! Terrible, Terrible,
Terrible service! Very disorganized, and we are very disappointed. We will not be back!
