Matt and his team, Kay, David, Jason, Noah, Mike and others, are very professional, quick and very efficient every time. They remember my name and my order. GREAT customer service! The food is always fresh and delicious. Kay makes the best salad. See pic.

Sandwich was great except the bread was very dry. Staff is friendly and reasonably efficient. It is a big negative that you have to install the Firehouse app to redeem "points". What a racket. I have free sandwiches but do not want their app on my phone.

I ordered online as a guest today. My order clearly showed two hook and ladder subs with no onion. We did not receive the pickles. There was no cheese and no mustard. Also they were very light on the meat. We love Firehouse Subs but this location has made mistakes almost every time we visit. Also I was not provided with a receipt with the validation code so I couldn’t post my review on the Firehouse Subs Listens site.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE: Ordered online at 1:10 to pick up at 1:25, arrived at 1:30 and my order was not on the pick up shelf. Stood at the pick up areas for at least 10 minutes before the employee acknowledged me and asked for my name (after making 3 other sandwiches) Just to hand me my order which was sitting behind the counter. Of course it was cold lol

Don't make my mistake and check your orders...my sandwich was thrown together by what looked to be a tornado. No pickle on the side. My daughters kids meal was missing the treat and the cheese wasn't melted. Never going back it took 25 mins for this mess.

Service was slow. Everyone looked like they didn't want to be there. I ordered a veggie and had meat on the outside of my bag AND on my sandwich. Needless to say I will NOT be back. I tried to give them another chance due to my previous experience being just as bad.

Do NOT! I ordered pick up through door dash. Waiting on my order from the car, I watched staff place it on the rack. Two customers already standing at the rack, as customer 1 picks up her order off the rack, my bags falls off... customer 2 assist her at picking them up. She literally scoop the sandwiches off the floor and put them back on the rack. I go in tell the staff what happen and that my sandwiches needed to be made again. A worker comes from behind the counter and get the sandwiches to repackage them! Gross! I instantly told them i don’t want them! I was being treated as if I knocked the sandwiches off. When I spoke with the team lead he explained he could remake them, but I would have to wait an additional 30mins, behind all the customers. Unacceptable. What if I had not saw. What if door dash picked that order up! Gross!

This location is always very efficient and consistent. Staff is usually pretty friendly. Still my favorite chain for a good sandwich.
