Subway

We will not be back. We tried to give this place a shot, it's close, but we are done. I was accused of being "passive aggressive" since I complained they don't make sweet tea after 8pm....like why not? The worker told me it was because they don't get paid after they close (9:30), that it was corporate policy, so the clean beforehand. She also said on slow nights they close early. Guess they are not that into making money perhaps? We paid $27.16 for two foot longs, kids meal, a bag of chips and 4 cookies. That's way too much. I guess we paid more because we didn't want drinks because we didn't want soda maybe? Either way, firehouse is twice as good, for $22 with full meals. My review 5 months prior, they are good at lunch time, but it's obvious to me, they only truly care about the lunch crowd. ............ They always seem to move you quickly, and the food is always good.

This has been our friendly neighborhood Subway for 5 years and one of the best, most consistent Subways around. They are typically quick, always seem decently staffed for the rushes, can handle bulk carryout orders, and they don't give me that exasperated look I sometimes get when I ask for a chopped salad.

I've been here a number of times, and I always had good experiences. This may be changing. Tonight, I went in at 8:40. They close at 9 on Sundays. I walked to the door, and an employee was cleaning the inside glass of the door. He didn't move aside to let me in. I thought that was odd. I stood there for a moment for him to step away so I can enter but he didn't. I tried the door, and sure enough it was locked. I looked at my watch. 8:40. I asked through the door, "Are you closed?" "Yeah." Then I said "It's not 9 yet." He then looked at his phone to check the time, shrugged, and walked off. Thanks for the "don't care" attitude toward customers. That does not bode well for your business.
