Taco Bell

The drive through guy was apathetic and did not provide great customer service. The heavier items were placed on lighter items and basically smushing them. Stuff was not wrapped very well. I asked for mild, hot, and fire sauces on mobile app but I guess the only thing that came through was the mild. Don’t recommend this time.

I have tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt more times than once but this is ridiculous. It never fails that they will mess up my order. I asked for a bean burrito with EXTRA cheese. Not only are the beans hard and disgusting, there isn’t one shred of cheese anywhere on the burrito although I was most definitely charged for it. I need to stop eating fast food and this is just another sign. Just sad

I love taco bell, but the owens crossroads location is garbage. Every single order is either wrong or they have forgotten to remove lettuce. They always give us beef when we ask for steak, while being charged for steak. This location just has probably the worst service from a taco bell I've ever experienced. But when you love taco bell and gas is so high, what choice do you have? I would love to go to taco bell and leave with everything I ordered done correctly. I've been going to this location for years and they haven't gotten better. They have gotten worse every single time.

Despite being understaffed, everyone at this location does a really great job and is very pleasant, except for the EXTREMELY UNPLEASANT, raspy voiced, older female, manager. (I didn’t catch her name.) Customer service and efficiency are CLEARLY not her forte. The restaurant seems to run so much more smoothly when she is apparently not there. Even though there’s always a long lunch wait, it’s usually pretty easy to be patient with this crew, because you know they’re honestly trying their best and are going to be nice, but I wish there were a special light they could turn on under the sign to let customers know when this lady is there, that way we just won’t take Doordash orders from this location at that time 🤷‍♀️

This is a sorry excuse for a taco bell.. signs up everywhere advertising breakfast, now serving breakfast.. employees at the store.. we’re not open. As I watch one of them carry a blanket and pillow in the restaurant with them. Who serves breakfast and doesn’t open until 10am? Every other Taco Bell opens at 7 am and serves breakfast!!

If I could give this location negative stars, I would. We have given them multiple chances and they literally NEVER get our order correct the first time. Tonight I went through the drive through around 5pm. They didn't give me a receipt, left off part of my order, and when we attempted to eat the portion they did give us, the steak on my quesadilla was actually HARD like jerky and one of my husband's chicken chalupas tasted like it had mayonaise on it. The basic taco they put in the bag that wasn't a part of my order was super dry and the meat was also hard. I will never ever be back to this location unless something big changes.

I have never left a review for a fast food restaurant because I normally would think that’s a little much, but this place is seriously terrible. Because I live down the road, I keep trying it, but never fails they screw it up. Sloppy, missing food, over charged almost every single time. Today, I went inside to get my order fixed, and the white, middle aged, female, manger was very rude. She said she needed a recipe, but they don’t give you recipes. She then told me I could take my bag and wait outside until I found a recipe. No wonder the place is a mess. They have miserable, incompetent managers.
