Burnt rolls! Make sure if you order ask for NOT burnt Cinnabon. Service at drive up window wasn’t good either. Told them I had two orders, guy says that’s all I saw just one order. I repeat that I had two and he doesn’t even check but again tells me that’s all he saw. Then I tell him again he goes to check and of course now he finds it👍

Get my order correct. Sauce is important to me. I ordered extra sauce. My wife thought I ordered no sauce. There was no sauce on the pizza and a sprinkling of green peppers. I also sat at the drive thru for about 10min watching everyone inside ignore I was even at the window. A guy finally came over and said he was not ignoring me, it was, he did not have control of the register. I told him I appreciate him finally recognizing I was even at the window.

Ordered pizza from this store and while waiting I saw some of the most unsanitary protocols from employees. Jason was the worse out of all of the employees. They wore no masks, wore the same gloves to take cash from customers and make the customer's pizza! It was horrible... as soon as I left, I threw my food away. The health department needs to perform a surprise visit in the evening and shut that store down!

We stopped in for a quick supper and the pizza was delicious. The chicken Alfredo was very good also. Very nice crew working. We will definitely be back.

I usually love Pizza Hut, but this place took over an hour to deliver to us, despite being only 15 minutes away from our house. Then the buffalo chicken pizza we ordered was undercooked! Gooey crust, un-melted cheese. Disgusting. Saying we were disappointed is a vast understatement.

I went inside to pick up my order. It was chaos. Theres like 1 lady and one guy working and making all the pizza and the rest are just walking around. Pizza was good though and they almost gave it to me for free but my self conscious made me turn it around and go pay for it

The pizza was good but the lady taking my order on Tuesday the 19 of April at 2:10 was being a jerk the whole time my ticket says “Jennifer” the manager is always nice : come for the pizza not the hospitality!

If you order on the app, be prepared for changes that you did not order. I was so disappointed when I opened the box after picking up the pizza and it was something we didn't order.
