Burger King

This Burger King seems to not follow its posted schedule from 6am to 10pm. Got here at 9:10pm and been waiting for over 10 mins now. They are very slow when I can actually get food. Usually are kind of rude. This is the last time I come back to this place. Would give them lower rating but I can deal with 1 star I guess.

I'm not sure what is wrong with this location but it is either severely understaffed or completely mismanaged and probably a combination of both. I try to be patient but this has been on-going for a while now. I showed up to drive through and was the only car in the parking lot (meaning no customers were inside). I pulled up and was asked to wait (waited about 5 minutes). What was I waiting for? How could they be backed up when I was the only customer their? Often after placing my order and paying I am asked to wait at the payment window and then told to proceed after 5-10 minutes. I wouldn't write this review if it happened once. This kind of thing happens consistently and has been happening for months. It is a shame, too. I like that they offer the impossible Whopper and this is by far the closest location to my house. BK Corporate: Can we get some competent management in here and fix this problem?

This location has become a joke. I understand that the pandemic has hurt the fast food industry (and many others), but the service here is non-existent. I've tried 3 times in the past month to get something here during dinner time, and all 3 times I ended up waiting 10+ minutes without even an acknowledgement that I was there haha. Burger King corporate -- please get new management or shut this location down, you're losing money by keeping the lights on here.
