Sonic Drive-in

I love this Sonic. 95% of the time my order is perfect, and the few times it hasn't been accurate, (like accidentally putting pickles on something when I ordered no pickles or forgetting a sauce - it happens, we're human!) they've been sooo nice and apologetic that I literally don't even care. Going to another sonic just feels like a completely different restaurant. The staff here is always so professional and so nice, my order always comes out quickly, and the quality is consistently great. This is absolutely my go-to fast food spot. Other Sonic's should aspire to be like this one. There's a reason they're always busy! Keep up the great work y'all!!!

Ordered food for my family of 4. Most of the food tasted delicious! However, the chicken tasted like an onion ring. And we apparently received the vehicle next to us, onion rings. The owner/Manager who was said to be inside refused to get the vehicle there onion rings, saying they didn’t order any. The lady then went to the trash can to trying to retrieve the receipt. I was in shock they didn’t just bring her out the onion rings SHE ordered. And THEY placed in the wrong bag.

I had just gone to the Sonic on Sullivan Street and waited 40 minutes for two slushees, only to be told that they didn’t have slushees. They block off their stalls so even though I had ordered online I still had to wait in the regular line. Decided to drive to this location right after and WOW! I not only drove there, got my correct order, and drove all the way home within 30 minutes, but whoever gave me my order was SO friendly and helpful. I wish I had gotten her name because it was a breath of fresh air talking to her after my other experience! It’s out of the way for me, but I will definitely be returning!!

Lexi helped me in the drive through and was completely rude. She also stated corporate does NOT allow you to have ANY sauce unless you ask, even if you order things that normally should come with sauce (mozzarella sticks for example.) Never have I been to a sonic that has done that, in my life. She is the last person I would put on the drive through window, her attitude is awful, and you lost a customer because of it!

Food was ok. Not the best sonic I’ve been to but not the worst either. The outside patio was a mess with food and trash scattered about. We asked for ketchup for two orders of chicken and tots and they gave us two packets. Seems kind of silly… didn’t leaving feeling particularly impressed but it’s fast food so it is what it is….

We were shorter an order of onion rings. We pushed the button to notify and they said they would send some right out. We ate and then ordered ice cream. The ice cream arrived and I asked about the onion rings and they said they put them in a bag and delivered them to the car in the stall next to us. She went back in to get a new one and came out and said since they already sent some out (even though it was not to our stall) they could not do anything about it unless I had a receipt. We had just thrown out trash away so I went to go pull it out of the trash but it was covered already. She apologized and said the manager and owner were inside and wouldn’t allow her to get us the items ordered. So it appears that the owner and the managers unwillingness to make this right cost them a customer over a side of onion rings.
