Every single time we try to eat here there’s a problem…. Cold food, Old food, they were completely out of chicken before, Runny Mashed potatoes, Hard old biscuits, Horrible customer service and today I was told I could Not order what I wanted because No one was willing to Cook it and there cook wasn’t due to come in until 12 pm…… A total waste of My Money And My Time….. What they did give me was old and cold and went straight into the garbage…. They need to do better at this location…. It does Not effectively represent the KFC Brand at all..!!!!!

If you're not going to open the dining room that's fine we all understand staffing is an issue at the moment but please take down the posted dining room hours and put the chairs up on the tables. Its very frustrating when you see lights on and tables set up and the sign on the door says open but when you pull on the handle the door is locked and the employees inside look at you like your some sort of aggravating child. They even go so far as to let the employees park next to the front entrance and take there breaks at dining room tables so it really does look like there open. Rude...

Just went through drive through and ordered mashed potatoes and 6 biscuits. Got home mashed potatoes were in the bag. Went to open the box with the biscuits. No biscuits . There was 1 piece of chicken in the box which I did not order..I don't know why I keep going back to that place. There is a issue with my order each time. Why???? Is it so hard to get the orders right?

I ordered the $30 fill up. At 9:08 I got NO biscuits, plus 2 sides of cole slaw, and geeen beans! None of which I ordered! They were out of everything. I asked for fries and was told they were out of things because they were about to close. They close at 11! So i paid 30 for a fill up and didnt even get everything that goes in it! Nor did i get a discount
