Pizza Hut-wing Street

This review is to show the comparison of two purchases in a mere month. I’ve always been to local family owned pizzerias but I really wanted the stuffed crust, so I went to this pizza hut for the first time. As shown in the first picture, although it was ordered late at night, this supreme pizza with added banana peppers on the half pie was very well made. I was actually impressed, impressed enough that in a few weeks I made the EXACT SAME ORDER except banana peppers to be on the whole pie. See the second picture and tell me they are the same. It feels the toppings were purposely reduced and not even placed evenly throughout the pizza. The stuffed crust was roughly slapped closed so it was all collapsed instead of puffy, and the cheese leaked out as well. I even tipped in advance in the online order thinking I would get the same good pizza. Unfortunate of me, and no more going there ever again.

Ordered a pepperoni, bacon, and sausage. Somehow translated to a pepper, mushroom, and black olive????? Manager offered money back, then said they don't deliver to this area, 2 miles away. Don't care if I was 10 miles away. You messed up, you replace it on your time. Re-ordered through delivery service and their "credit" that is only good for another purchase that "goes away in 30 days and is gone forever" obviously didn't cover anything. Ridiculous comments from manager.

Pizza Hut if you don't have a reliable delivery service, don't offer it. If you don't know how to bake cinnabons, don't offer it. I ordered at 8pm for delivery and didn't get my order until 9:40pm. Reasons: 1 Pizza Hut gave away my order to someone pretending to be DoorDash. 2 The actual DoorDash delivery driver arrived at the store at 9:10p (a whole hour after I ordered when the estimated delivery was supposed to be 8:50p). They called me after they realized what they did. We agreed to remake the order. I get the order and my sodas were wrong and the mini cinnabons I ordered were entirely raw. They were pale white and the center just felt gummy and raw. It just felt like raw dough was warmed up and smothered in sauce. You'd think after messing up they'd make sure what they send out is at least right. I attached a pic of the raw cinnabons for your amusement.

I ordered curbside to go. My phone was dead. I waited a while outside and then went inside. I told them I was waiting for curbside to go but wanted to check if it was ready. They went to the side and it was sitting there waiting for pick up. I tipped extra when I paid online because I expected someone to walk out to my car. They should just not include the curbside option when ordering. I ordered the big box meal with two super pepperoni pizzas. Look at the picture to see how the pepperoni was cooked on them. It was like they took all the pepperoni for each slice and placed it in the corner but forgot to go back and spread them out. Super weird way to have a pepperoni pizza. My 5 year old was very unhappy about it. The breadsticks were very dry.
