Had to wait 20 minutes for half cooked greasy tots, and undercooked burgers. Only 7 out of 12 had cheese. This is the worst Krystals EVER😒 Im curious to know why this store in Madison has a 3 star review. Should be a negative 5. $37 for food for our 5 granddaughters that they wouldn't even eat!! I want my money back and apologies from those that work inside including the managers that hire these people and allow the food to come out looking this way. PITIFUL COMPANY.

I just went to this location on yesterday and was very disappointed in the Customer Service! I went inside to dine in but there was no Cashier in front to take my order so I waited, and waited, and waited! A guy (maybe the Cook) saw me and said someone would be there shortly, so I waited longer and still no Cashier. The guy came back and told me it would be better to just go through the drive-thru line for faster service so I got back in my car, drove around to the speaker and finally someone answered to take my order!😳 When I got to the window the Cashier didn't greet me, didn't smile, forgot my straw, ketchup, mustard and napkins and she didn't apologize or say thank you! This was just the worse customer service I've ever received at a Krystal's restaurant!☹️👎

Staff was preoccupied with things other than customers. When items were missing from order they seemed put out and bothered when asked to correct issue. No apologies. Barely acknowledged mistake. I feel for staff because restaurant did not have air conditioning which must be miserable but if you don't have basic customer service you may want to close until things are back in order.

I'm not sure what the issue is with the evening staff but I was told there were no chicken nuggets(highly dissatisfied) for the rest of the night and the Krystal's agent was obviously trying to get rid of me by saying there would be a 15 minute wait on 6 Krystal burgers. I got there at about 1:15 and they didn't close until 2 o'clock so I didn't waste my time and decided to leave. If you don't like your job get another one guys come on.

Where do I start?? It took almost 10 minutes for someone to come and take my order. Then I had to tell the woman taking my order what I wanted 5 times because she had to run back and forth to the drive through to ring me up because the employee that was logged in on the front register was camping out in the restroom! So I give her my money and several minutes later a different employee brought me my change. Let's not even talk about how long it took to get my food when ONCE AGAIN I had to tell her it was to go ....... I believe that was the 6th time telling her. Nobody moved with a sense of urgency, everybody moved slower than a 90 year old with a walker. This would be a good place to open up a hamburger joint!!
