Taco Bell

This is the slowest "fast food" taco bell in the country! After waiting in line for 25 mins, I still had not ordered my food. I decided to write this review while in line. There were 7 cars in front of us. Three of them left without ordering and it still took half an hour to get to the menu to order. Someone needs to fix this poor excuse of a taco bell.

There is honestly so much I could say about my experience here. I made a pick up order to do in store pick up. When I went to the door, the doors were locked. I then I had to join the drive thru line. I’m not even exaggerating… I waited over an hour for my food. I got there around 1:20 and didn’t leave the line till 2:35. I honestly would have been there longer if if weren’t for the 4 or 5 cars that left the line because of the long wait. Once I finally got up to the window to tell them that I had a pick up order. They said they couldn’t find my name and I didn’t have one. I explained I was at the correct location and have the order pulled up onto my phone. They said they wouldn’t be able to make my food since they didn’t have it even if I showed them the order. They finally found my name and proceeded to tell me they no longer had Mexican Pizzas, which is one of the items I had ordered. I asked would I be able to receive a refund and they said no I would have to do it online. No one even offered if I would like to get something else to replace the pizza since I already paid for it. Anyways, at this point of waiting, I wasn’t even gonna try to argue or make a scene so I just said it was fine and continued to wait even longer to pull up to the window. Once I had finally made it to the window, the lady was very rude and unprofessional. She had given me my bag of food. I checked it. I was missing 5 things. 2 drinks, 2 chicken chipotle melts, and a quesadilla (not including the mexican pizza I had already paid for). The only thing I had in my bag were tacos. I then waited even longer for them to cook my items that were missing in my bag. I finally leave and come home. My food and the wrapping it comes in are completely drenched. I’ll attach the photos below. I will no longer be coming back here. I never do these type of things because I’ve worked in customer service before. I’m usually a very patient person and can understand if there is a staffing issue. This was just too much and went way too far.

I was on lunch break at about 1pm on Monday, I believe. My dad, who works with me suggested taco bell. My order took around 40 minutes. Needless to say , it put my work schedule behind. I don't think I've ever witnessed ticket window times averaging 35 min at a fast food restaurant. Maybe they are extremely short staffed.. I don't know. Saw at least 4 workers. Not sure how many it takes to bring ticket times to around 10 minutes. But they should really try to remedy their current problem. I can't waste time waiting that long. So unfortunately, I will not choose there again.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Waited in the drive through (dine-in was closed) for over 50 minutes. Only about 7 cars were in front of us. Ridiculous. We watched the workers stand and talk for 10-15 minutes while sitting at the window waiting on our food. When confronted about the wait, the workers seemed surprised and didn’t apologize or acknowledge their poor service. Don’t come here, they don’t deserve your business.

We went through the drive through last night and it took an hour to order and finally get our food. The chicken power bowl had no RICE and when I went to the door it was locked and I was told to go back to the drive through. We refused and was finally let in but the young lady was very rude saying my food was made properly when I told her something was wrong with my order. She never looked at our food to see if it was made correctly. She was very unconcerned. I know they are short of workers but there's no excuse for a with a bad attitude with an incorrect order. Also I was not given a receipt so I couldn't report it to the head office.

I don't know why this particular Taco Bell is considered "fast-food." You will get your food faster if you go to Chili's, Applebee's, or any other sit-in restaurant in the area. Seven cars ahead of me amd it took me 40 minutes from the time I got in line to the time I got my food (I dont know why I stayed in line for so long). The wait time is pretty consistent as it is not the first time this happens. Employees do not seem to care, they take their time.

This Taco Bell has been going downhill for a long time, but today was the worst I have seen. I am currently waiting in line (it is 10:19pm) waiting on an online order I placed at 9:12pm. The wait is ridiculous and there seems to be no sense of urgency. I understand staffing issues but something needs to be done.
