Pizza Hut

I order from Pizza Hut weekly. At first the portions on the pizza was good. But this last time it seems as if the proportions of meet and cheese are becoming less and less. I was very disappointed with my last order with them this week. So I recommend they put the correct proportions on the pizza and that would make it better. I will give them another chance. Plus the driver didn’t bring my entire order so he had to go back which he took an hour to come back with the rest of my food. I had to prove to him by showing my receipt bc he acted if I was lying. This upset me tremendously. I give good tips to them more than I should. If I have another back experience I’ll be ordering from Marcos pizza.

THIS is the WORST restaurant. On weekends they apparently “don’t have a deliver driver until 4pm.” Seriously? It’s a freaking weekend, and some people who are working can’t just up and leave to come pickup a pizza. I definitely WONT be ordering from them again. To Marco’s pizza it is. If i could give a rating Lower than a star, i would. They don’t even deserve that. Worst customer service along with the manager having a nasty attitude in the background on the phone. Probably why y’all don’t have anyone who wants to work there. 👋🏻

I went there a month ago and they gave my order away so they gave me a $15 credit I said okay sounds good. So I went there today use the credit and there was maybe 10 pepperonis on my large pizza and the incorrect crust. So the Pizza Hut in Madison,GA should closes their door just like steak ‘n Shake because every order has been messed up and the food sucks... sorry excuse of a business... I will never go there again. If there were no stars I would leave that.

I've had better service at a funeral home. Slow, slow slow. Wait time at a steak house is faster and better. I would have no stars but see no options for that. I see all the response from Pizza Hut saying we have new owners, same story for three months, they need to be fired also for the same lame story.

Pay no attention to the previous reviews. In December 2014, this location caught fire and has only recently reopened. The entire place was renovated and the place looks great! Clean and bright. The pizzas are really good, except the pretzel style crust, when ordered, is a little heavy on the salt. Although some of the staff from before the fire still working there, there are new employees, too. Over all, they really are a friendly bunch, and you feel like a welcome guest from the minute you walk in. I recommend checking out the new, improved location.
