Pizza Hut

Food is always at least 1/2hr to 1 late . I ordered Food was 45 minutes late breadsticks were cold and hard the pizza was not cooked all the way. I called to complain the night manager refused to take my call and made the driver talk to me the main manager refuses to call me back this is a normal thing here at this restaurant unfortunately.

Delivery time was super slow- 70-80 minutes. Food was super cold and pop was expired. Everytime I go in there it is disgustingly dirty. Your shoes stick to the "carpet" and the tables are sticky. The employees usually aren't wearing hats and have found hair in my food multiple times. The employees don't seem to get along very well either. The only employee that was decent was the cook named Thomas.

Let's start. I orders the pizza and they said it would be an hour. Fine. I got there and anounced my self, they lost my order, another hour, asked again, lost my order AGAIN, another hour, finely pizza. Thin crust pep was fine, thick crust pep was chared, breadsticks were somehow stale and doughy. They refunded me but that only goes so far. I would have to say the staff is terrible and the manager is incompetent. I will never eat here AGAIN. Also, there were 3 other people there, and the staff wasn't busy, and the manager had the nerve to tell me that they were too busy. I woulnt take it if they have me free pizza for life unless it was for some other chain. To think pizza hut used to be a community place

We dined in at this Pizza Hut while staying at the local campground. The air was so cold inside it made us uncomfortable. We were waited on by Lillian and she seemed a bit unpracticed on being a waitress, but it seems they do not get many dine-in guests. Had many take out and carry out orders going, but we were the only ones dining during the time we were there. Lillian was friendly and made sure we had what we needed. Our food was delicious. The manager asked how our meal was and thanked us on our way out the door. We would return to this location. I did knock off a star because our table was dirty when we went to sit down, Lillian asked if we would like it washed. She washed it with a wet paper towel.. also the highchair and table edges were disgusting; full of grease and grime. They were sticky, seems like they needed a good scrub.

So in my opinion first impressions are everything. I waited at the counter for someone to help me for almost 5 minutes. The restaurant is filthy in front and back. The carpet was even sticky (GROSS) and food, crumbs, and dirt all over the floor in front and in the kitchen. Also the front entrance outside is broken up and someone could easily fall and get hurt. I'll never be eating or ordering carryout from them again!

I have been ordering from this Pizza Hut for a few years and things have gone downhill over time. I order my pizza without their sauce because I don't like the taste. Nowadays every time I order thin and crispy pizza it comes obviously over baked and dry. I started ordering the p'zone instead because of the issues with the thin and crispy pizza quality and the last time I ordered they decided to add sauce to the p'zone itself.

Not a fun place to be at all. Saw a customer come in demanding a refund because her delivery never came. The manager started a screaming fight with her, cussing her out and stomping off without giving a refund. Some other employee had to step in and do it. Not to mention the place was filthy. Not interested in returning to such a hostile and dirty environment.
