Nice spot to try and buy iberian ham!
We tried grass fed and acorn fed iberian ham, manchego cheese, and olive oil. The iberian ham was my favorite of them. We learned that the grass fed ham is a bit drier and less fatty than the acorn fed ham. The acorn fed ham was very greasy and fatty. We learned the acorn fed ham is more expensive, and if you see it out in a restaurant, it will be called bellota ham.
