We had the margarita pizza and the sharing combo. This place specialises in Greek food. It was brilliant food!

I just go for the Karaoke on Wednesdays. So fun! The bar staff are lovely, we always grab drinks while we are at karaoke.

Wow what a find this was. The Black Rabbit ale was lovely and the fish and chips were the best we've had in a long long time.
Nice games room at the back and plenty of TV's to watch the sport.
Staff all very friendly too, we loved it.

We took part in our 1st pub quiz at The Black Rabbit on Thursday night. The bar staff, Ben & Beth were friendly and regularly visited our table collecting glasses and clearing empty plates - the food was really nice. Jade was a great quiz master and came round checking our progress. The atmosphere in the pub was lovely and the other customers were friendly too. A jewel in Maldon's high street.

I'm looking forward to paying this pub a visit this coming weekend.
However I'd like to know why there was a change of name from The Ship and Anchor to the Black Rabbit?
And what would be the chances of seeing any regulars from the 1990's - when Stan then Jo could be found behind the bar?

Nice pub (had hand pull pumps, but nothing on ). Ok they had some craft beer on so that was ok . Nice food at a fair price !.

This is an unfair 4* only because can't do halves or would be 4.5 only reason being never had the food myself but looks and smells amazing pizzas look wow 😳. But child's play area inside (soft play area with tons of toys) and out! ( Small park and a sand pit with extra grassy area) amazing staff great quality booze even Pours a Madri in a chilled glass. If that don't sell it to you I don't know what will!!!!

Lovely pub, great atmosphere with a good choice of local beers. We ordered lunch and whilst the food was good, it was incredible salty - please just hold back on the salt and let the dinners add more in needed!

This pub is so beautiful and had a wonderful atmosphere, we did go during the rugby so was very busy but the staff was still smiling and making sure everyone needs were met. With the food I was really shocked they had a vegan menu which was huge along side an amazing normal menu! I went for the Mac and cheese veggie chicken burger with fake bacon and BBQ sauce, oh my word it was the best burger I have had in ages! Thank you so much!!! My partner said his was really good too, plus the halloumi we had on the side. I really recommend this pub if your near it!
