Paradise Biryani Pointe

I waited for 30 min. He gave me my order in a bag -to go (I didn't order to go). I told I want to sit and eat. He brought the food in a plate. I dug to find the chicken. It was three pieces of chicken bones with little meat. Check the picture! Other customers got regular food and I got DOG FOOD. I do look immigrant, middle eastern and I have beard. I think my look determines what type of service and food I get in this location. He didn't return my money. 1 hour break during a workshop day is wasted, feeling horrible after being treated like a dog and still hungry!

The food was absolutely fresh, wonderful - from preparation to presentation, very pleasing. We especially enjoyed the special Chicken Biryani, Butter Chicken, Apollo Fish and Tandoori Mix Platter was great. Owner is very pleasant and passionate about quality of food, cleanliness and service. I am a regular customer for many years and the taste is consistent.

The food was not good at this restaurant. Paradise has its own name but, some of them are misusing the name. I ordered an egg Biryani which came with two eggs and the rest all were beans in the Biryani. It was like beans Biryani. The desert was a bit smelly. Of a surprise this place doesn't serve the special chicken Biryani from paradise. Don't waste your money on this restaurant people. If you think this is the only restaurant then you're wrong and there are lot more of them in New Jersey. Just for the record, I'm not degrading this restaurant by posting this.

It's true that the best experience is an unexpected one. I really enjoyed the food, and they have amazing service. Stuff is very friendly. We got mango lassi drink on them, because they saw that it was too spicy))) love this place and definitely recommend it to visit. Additionally, we were told that they have delivery service and food is always fresh. The owner has a great approach oriented on clients satisfaction.

Worst food ever! I ordered Pepper Chicken Fry, Chilli Chicken and Vegetable Biryani in this restaurant for my birthday party on Saturday night. All the food was really bad and the chicken was like gum(chewing gum), Rice in the vegetable biryani was very dry with bad smell coming from the masala inside. Pepper Chicken turned out to be with full of gravy with lot of oil and with very less chicken in it. Never try to dine in or order from this restaurant. When I called to the restaurant they said they will call me back and they didn’t called me till now.

The food is great. I never ate in the restaurant, only carry out. As such I can’t comment on waiter service. The reason for 3-stars is that this place seldom opens on time. If it does open, there is generally no answer for additional 20-minutes. This happened today. The last time I had similar issue was few weeks back. At that time they said it takes 15 min to warm up the kitchen so no one can answer the phone. I think management needs to “manage” appropriately. I think I’ll pass on them until management improves performance. I’m better off driving 10-more minutes for better reliability on service.

Amazing food. The Biryani, Naan, Tandoori platter, butter chicken, apollo fish.. just amazing. Humble owner and honest people. We usually TO GO and service is always spot on within 20 minutes. They do have lot of space for dinning. I highly recommend. I eat here several times a week and have never had any problems.
