Found the app for online ordering dosent work properly and many times their phone has had problems too. We paid by card online recently and the order didn't go to our local store. We rang them to check because the app was being strange as usual. But not as bad as it normally is. We actually got to the payment window this time. The local store said they don't have the order but to check another store which handles their overflow. They didn't have it either. They told us the money taken from our acct should get refunded in a couple days when there is no actual order found in their system. Resulting from this we didn't get dominoes this night, we opted for something else instead. Nice staff overall, but they are short staffed and due to being short staffed the hours of opening can be different. Pizzas are to the dominoes standard. Dominoes app and phone line needs a definite overhaul.

dont order over the phone Either order on line or in person. They cant get phone orders right. i ordered 3 pizzas (all the same) but one with chilli. When I collectd, they only had an order for 1 pizza. I had to wait for the other 2. They stuffed up another customers order while I was waiting, and he got a free pizza and garlic bread. I got offered nothing. I was standing right next to him.

Firstly the app wouldn't take my order so I ring the store. They take my order. The girl doesn't take my card details for payment which I thought was odd. So I ring back after half an hour (I've never waited more than 15mins for Dominoes). The order was apparently still cooking. I asked if they could take my card details as they forgot. This is where it gets weird. The person on the phone tells me they only take cash on delivery. I ask I they can do payment over the phone. They answer our eftpos machine doesn't take credit card payments. Then I tell her all credit card machines take payments to which she tells me that they have had customers steal cards from other people and it's costing them money. To which I reply just cancel the order. They lost a massive order due to their lack of customer service. It's just a bit dodgy to me. It looks like the driver wants to pocket the cash.
