Shoryu Ramen

The experience was amazing. The restaurant manager was so warm funny and attentive to our requests, the servers, bar tender and chefs were perfect. Even the trainee server was a pro, she was very kind and sweet! really really enjoyed the food, drink everything!!! Will recommend a thousand times and the prices are within range.

Moderate price with excellent food! Their ramen is good but I think the Must-Have is their Chicken skewer. They are incomparable, even better than their ramen.🤣 They have 10% service charges, however I think it is not fair because they didn’t give me any service. I couldn’t even get anybody to get me a tap water.😥 Overall still worth to try.

Waiting time was less than 5 minutes even though I came at lunch rush hour. Staff greeted us amusingly with drums, we got seated and the staff introduced us to the menu. The Japanese Chicken was delicious and warm, and the ramen was warm, soup tasted good with spring onions, perfect egg, pork and seaweed. Noodles were cooked nicely, not too soft and not too hard.

Tried shoryu for the first time yesterday and needless to say I was impressed!! The cutest little restaurant perfect for a date night with attentive staff who are happy to help with any queries! Me and my partner are both vegetarian so it can be hard to find a good ramen however this one was amazing!! The broth was so rich in flavour and extremely tasty!! My only complaint was as a vegetarian we eat eggs and we were told we’d get charged £2.50 extra for an egg when all other options already come with one for the same price! That being said, I would definitely go back to satisfy my ramen cravings!! If you’re thinking of visiting Shoryu, do it! :)

Alva’s knowledge of Sakari No.11 Junmai Daiginjo Sake was impressive. He shared insights with such fervour and dedication, it was impossible not to be captivated. His recommendation led me to purchase a bottle from the Japan Centre, a decision I’m delighted with. It’s rare to find such dedication and passion in the service industry today. Alva’s exceptional service made our dining experience memorable, and SHORYU Restaurant’s commitment to quality in both cuisine and customer care was evident throughout our visit.
