Hard Rock Cafe

Probably not the best place to take an autistic child! We had a table booked for 6.15pm, midweek in the Easter holidays. It must have been heavy rock hour as the music was pretty hard going. It mellowed a bit after a while though but it was still a bit loud for our son. We got 15% off our bill using our Football Museum tickets & it was happy hour with two4one on cocktails & some beers. You don't get much for your money these days and while we enjoyed our food, it was just missing some coleslaw or something

We visited Manchester for the night (from Newcastle) and we thought we’d give Hard Rock Cafe a whirl. We’ve tried quite a few around the uk. This was the best experience I’ve ever had dining at Hard Rock. We pre-booked and were led to our seats (only issue we had was my disabled mother-in-law found the stairs difficult and we were placed on the top floor) We had the amazing Jesus Ramon as our server and he was absolutely fantastic throughout! He was so full of energy and just made us smile for the rest of the day! Absolutely fantastic human being. The food was absolutely amazing. We had burgers and cocktails and I’ve honestly not had a better meal. The woman downstairs at the shop was amazing too! She greeted us and noticed we were geordies and she was absolutely amazing! Honestly if you get the chance get yourself to Hard Rock Manchester ❤️🎸

Everything about this Café is just amazing. The staff is helpful, the atmosphere is great. We had fajitas, which were fantastic. The Rock band was fabulous as well. We told them we're here for a birthday and they gave us a dessert as a birthday present! It was so lovely! I don't know the name of the staff but I think it was Kaitlin or something like that, she is super helpful and friendly. We'll definitely come back.

Came here for lunch with my Mum who has mobility issues, Alex was absolutely lovely and went above and beyond for her, taking her to the lift and even having a dance with her - made my mum feel so happy and comfortable. Our waiter Jesus was also amazing very attentive and friendly and made us laugh with top notch professional service. The food was 10/10 and the cocktails even better. Would 100% recommend. Thank you!

So, for starters, I had a bbq boneless chicken wings, which were yummy For the main, I was struggling to decide and ended up picking the wrong order I ordered half roast chicken in a bbq sauce with fried While it was very good, the chicken was also a little dry, but that's my only criticism, Hurricane cocktail was delicious as always, and the Sticky toffee pudding was delicious 😋

Dined in for lunch on 25 December 2023 We didn't have any Christmas day plans. Most places were closed, so we did not have any expectations. We took a walk around the area and came across Hard Rock Cafe. We decided to stop in and have drinks and food. We arrived early afternoon, after 1pm. The receptionist greeted us, and I asked if there were any tables available. There was not, but there were seats in the bar area, which we decided to take. The bar was practically empty. We sat on an available high top and ordered our drinks and food at the bar. We ordered the salmon entrée that came with mashed potatoes and green beans, and we added a side of mac and cheese, wings, and shrimps. The shrimps were a bit salty, but still okay. The salmon was good, and so were the wings. For drinks, we had a virgin Pina colada, and a strawberry/mint lemonade. Again, my lemonade was a bit too sweet, but as the ice melted, that helped dilute the sweetness. For Christmas day, the restaurant did not seem overly busy, nor was it too loud. Our meals came out in a reasonable time. It did not seem like we had waited too long. The bar area was a good choice. There was no wait, so we got out drinks and food quickly. I would definitely visit again.

Food was good, would say your standard franchise standards. Nachos for stater was huge for 2 people, but lovely. I received the wrong order for my main but the server was very apologetic and made sure the correct food came out ASAP. Also he made sure when the bill came it was already discounted for the error and also got a free cocktail glass to make up for it.
