I Loved the new Shitake soul bowl, delisous. I ordered tap water twice but never got any so 3 stars for service. My daughter had katsuri chicken and said our local Tokyo takeaway in levenshulme make it much tastier.

We had a birthday gathering for kids and adults, it was amazing! They got us in with no issues, gave the celebrating kids cakes on the house, food came quickly and exactly as ordered including quite a lot of swapping ingredients which they had no trouble with. Service was really good, nothing was too much and atmosphere was great and quiet so you could talk and enjoy your food. Will defo come back and highly recommend this specific branch. 👍

Ashley was a fantastic host today - she ordered my 5 year old daughter's meal in advance and moved us without our request to a more suitable booth when she saw we had a young baby with us. She couldn't be more friendly and helpful - the food was served quickly and we had a great experience.

Visited on a Tuesday night which was quiet (the only reason I marked the atmosphere as a 3)
Service was pleasant and friendly although a little bit slow.

At here in Jan ‘24 whilst on a business trip. Wagamama is good when you’re travelling alone because you can either take your time or be quick, and staff are good at making you feel welcome.
Food this time was good as usual, served quickly whilst tasting fresh. In and out in half an hour. Definitely would go back.

It was a quiet evening when we arrived and food arrived quickly. The food was tasty however we ordered some of the mocktails and they didn’t live up to mocktails available in other restaurants. Wouldn’t recommend ordering them but other than that was a nice time.

Staff were kind and quick, the food came out extremely quickly and tastes amazing - as usual. I'd definitely recommend trying either the Beef Brisket Ramen or the Hot Pot as they are delicious! Also the Blossom/Sakura Lemonade is amazing too!

Fantastic service - whilst the food is fabulous (as always) what really shines through is the amazing staff, especially Ashley! We came in for my sisters birthday meal and couldn’t have been treated better! Ashley was so attentive and she made sure we had everything we needed throughout. The world needs more Ashley’s! Thanks for an amazing meal xox

A very nice location, and very tasty food with lots of vegetarian and vegan options, and free green tea! My only reservations are that the portions were a little stingy for the price, and my starter was every so slightly cold in the middle despite being charred on the outside, it also took a little while to be seated, until we were helped by a lovely bartender, the manager also seemed a little intense. All of this could be forgiven if the restaurant was full, but it was half empty, which makes me wonder if they're understaffed? Despite this, they're all little niggling complaints, and I'd still recommend Wagamama if you're in the area.
