It's not just the food that makes any place great, but the atmosphere created by the people. Be sure that you will be greeted with a smile from all the people who work there. A beautiful historic building complemented by a stylish interior. And, of course… the food. It's just like it should be in an Italian restaurant. I also ate the most delicious brownie in my life that evening, without any exaggeration. That's why I don't have any photos :), so I'll only share the oysters. It's a place you should visit not just once for an occasion, but I do recommend to add this place to your list of frequently visited.

Happy New month!! It’s April which means we are officially in the 2nd quarter of the year!!Honestly time seems to be flying. I wanted to start off this quarter with some self care, with food being my favourite language I decide on a solo date to this beautiful restaurant- Piccolino Caffé 💗 I absolutely love the ambience and from my seat I could see a glimpse of the kitchen as well- a nice touch! With an empty belly, I ordered quite a bit more than usual from the brunch and breakfast menu. Breakfast for 2 for 1 person as you can see in the pictures below! My order: Scrambled eggs with a suggestion from Peppe to add in some sourdough toast which was a perfect recommendation! 10/10 Alongside my main reason for visiting: French toast!!if you follow my posts you’ll know that I’m currently on a “pastry” journey lol! The Toast Francese comes with either the savoury or sweet topping options and I went for the streaky bacon and maple syrup. 10/10 My thoughts??BEST FRENCH TOAST I have had yet. I’ll tell you why, usually when I order this dish at restaurants.. it’s either the toast as a base is more on the sweet side which is perfect for some. But can also be a setback for others who prefer less.. I love how at Piccolino the toast itself had the right amount of fluff-soft and light, it wasn’t eggy and the toppings complement it perfectly! So, if you are someone who prefers less sweetness, you can decide to do away with the maple and still enjoy your meal!Kudos to the chef!! For drinks I had still bottled water- small size, I appreciated that I was asked about the size. Alongside the Hypnoparadise also 10/10. I love how the balanced the blend was as banana in any mix has the tendency to overpower the other ingredients! Overall, 10/10. The customer service was amazing, shoutout to PEPPE who made it a wholesome experience! I have been craving French toasts for a long time now and I am so glad I chose to come here to satisfy it!! I definitely recommend this 1000%.

Had a wonderful evening here. Great atmosphere, classy environment, excellent service, wonderful food & drink. We started with some nicely made negronis at the bar before moving to our table, where we enjoyed a spritz and a Bellini to go with our antipasti. Appreciated our brilliant waiter, Jose, who gave plenty of advice on what to order. We decided to split one of the pasta dishes to follow our antipasti - a truffle and pecorino dish which was fantastic. For our mains we went for the duck and orange, and the sea bream - both very good! Desserts were lovely too, shared the excellent tiramisu and a choux bun with chocolate ice-cream. So good! Many many wines to choose from, ranging from affordable to extravagant (we went with 'affordable' and were not dissatisfied at all with our choice). Thanks to the team and to Jose in particular for making our visit memorable and enjoyable 👍

Just had the Valentine’s Day menu and it was a good value for money, amazing food, drink was incredible and for me the highlight was the desert. Staff was very kind and prompt served us. Food came very fast and me and my partner had a great night! It was my first time here and I will definitely come back. 5 stars for the lovely staff who served us, Veronica, Giovanna and Davide who was very polite, fast and kind. This restaurant is now on my TOP 3 best Italians in town. 10/10
