Spotted a great deal on their newsletter so had a trip in. The food was simple but very good and filled us up. The drinks were cheap (we got in for happy hour 😎) and service was quick as always. We did book ahead and glad we did as it was a Friday night and fills up quickly. Music was good but maybe a tiny bit loud, but it is a bar so that's not really a complaint, that's the norm.

Hired The Font for a work event on a Monday evening and it was brilliant! We had the whole downstairs to ourselves and the staff could not do enough for us!
The food was really good and kept being brought throughout the evening. We did drinks vouchers which made it so much easier to control.
Big shout out to Rachael for running round and being amazing. Also to the rest of the team.

Been here on many occasions - a really decent place to even start or spend a night out, it’s really cheap and the food is decent.
This is a popular student place that plays indie music (Manchester based)
Would definitely recommend a visit if your not looking to spend too much to have a good time

Some pretty tasty food in a venue with a really good range of IPAs and other light beers. This place attracts a young crowd and I can see why with the large (and reasonably priced) cocktail menu - there are some for as little as £2.50!
If you can find it past the current building works it's worth popping in.

Food here has gotten a lot better and never have an issue now. Staff are friendly and really know what they’re doing. Cocktails are amazing from here and each month with the new themes with different cocktails makes me come back again and again.

Whats not to love about £2 cocktails...? We spent a couple of hours here trying all the different cocktails before having some kind of sugar induced headache, and listening to a banging playlist they had on!
We ordered some of the rib poutine, which was super tasty - and our friends had burgers that looked great.
Staff were nice and friendly too.
Will definitely be visiting again, as its just such goof value for money!

Unique place, never had cocktails like this before. Really satisfies the sweet tooth but also has some more alcoholic tasting cocktails too. Particularly recommend strawberries and cream, jaffa cake and mudslide. Jammie dodger is worth it too for the slightly higher price. Been here many times before and it's never let me down, the happy hour offers are also great. Most nice and cheap (£2-£3) with some others around the £5-£7 range so enough options for choice depending on how much you feel like spending on drink.
