Really nice coffee made and the person who served me was super friendly and nice, he had a beard and wore a black shirt, super caring. Also mention really cute, the girl with the spiky hair was also lovely to me great survive overall.

They have great barista, which is Alex and a great assistant manager Sebastian, they are both always very kind and make the best drinks out of any store in Manchester . I’ve been to pret stores globally, and these guys make it the best and have the best service. They’re both great when the store is busy and empty. Well done Pret!

Lovely staff, great selection, bakery and sandwiches always being restocked.
Gets very busy during peak times, seating area very small, not a lot of space. There’s only one toilet - often have to wait a while.

This Pret is a must every time I'm in Manchester! Great food and ambience. The service makes it even better, Sebastian did a great job the last time I visited.

Service is ok. Not far from Oxford street station or Manchester library. Is on one of main bus routes. Can get to Wilmslow road and Manchester museum easily from there.
A downside to this location is that there's only one toilet and not to much seating.

Pret is dependable and a staple lunch venue in the high st. Their Posh Cheddar Baguette is a big hit with my son. Their menu is rather versatile and reliable. 10/10 for a continued positive performance.

It was my first time going to pret i was buying myself a drink and there was 2 boys on the tills , a homeless man came in and asked if they could make him a drink because he was thirsty one of the guys called Aleks took his time and spoke to him and said he would make him a drink and gave him some food for free and that honestly made my day as normally all places i go to they kick out all homeless people but this staff member decided to take his time to help somebody in need . We need more people like this honestly what a lovely person 😃. Overall amazing experience the coffee was nice it was made by the other guy but l didn’t caught his name :( they were both supper nice and friendly but Aleks honestly made my day

I missed lunch, so was starving around 3pm. Manchester had many places to choose from, but I wasn't in the mood for surprises, so I headed to my nearest Pret. They didn't have what I was looking for (haloumi wrap), so they put in a batch (15 min wait). Everything as expected. 5 stars.

Ginger shots are the thing.
Nut bars were delicious.
After paying for the shots we wanted to add the bars, here the cashier just offered it for free, I wish I had his name, would have mentioned him!
