Like most Grosvenor's service is a bit patchy and food laughably unreliable(70% of the food is typically unavailable at their bury new road branch and I've found similar problems but not as extreme as far apart as st Giles in London and didsbury). But also like most Grosvenors the gaming is well provided for with warm friendly staff and now very fairly managed in my experience since around 2020. Good fair management here. Come here for gaming or poker and go to 5 guys or wagamama 300 yards away for food if they don't have what you want. Friendly casual poker tournaments are good fun. Some nice promotions too.

We have visited this casino many times in the past, and really enjoy it as a night out. Tonight we introduced our son and my brother in law for the first time. They both had a great time and are looking forward to visiting when there is entertainment provided. Walking away with a small profit always helps. A huge thank you to all the staff, from bar staff, croupiers, pit bosses and security. You make it a very pleasant experience.

My wife had her 50th celebrations there at Manchester. Martin and his team were brilliant throughout from start to finish. It was Soul and Motown night and the 3 course meal and the entertainment was brilliant. I didn't do much on the gambling side of things so I really can not comment on that.. I have visited a few times over the past couple of years. Overall, a decent casino with virtual and real roulette, blackjack and poker (though I usually only play the roulette). Bar and resteraunt are reasonably priced and well appointed. There is often live music and entertainment, makes for a fun evening out. Just don't bet more than you can afford to lose!

I am not interested in either the gaming tables or the slot machines, and only ever go to the casino for the restaurant, as the food is always nice and the service very good. With a couple of friends, we have been going to the restaurant quite regularly for a few years now, mainly in winter when we go more often to the nearby cinema. The restaurant is not often busy, but even on the occasions when it was quite full, the service has always been prompt and good and the staff friendly. Drinks and food order taken quickly, nice and tasty food and good value for money. The menu is varied, with a selection of tapas, burgers, pies and main courses, and a few desserts.
