Staff especially clare were extremely thorough and helpful. She Asked if i wanted her to change her gloves when making my veggie sandwich. Which other stores don’t do and it feels like an inconvenience to them when I’ve asked. Staff couldn’t do more for another gentleman who was in wheelchair. Which was lovely to see.

I was served by Maria today, brilliant, she was perfect, everything went so easy and she was extremely helpful, she was kind, funny and spoke extremely clearly which is extremely important for a job like this

Just back in town after four years, been craving for big beef melt which was no longer on the menu any more :( but Maria introduce me to try the garlic cheese steak which is soooooo delicious!! Staff are all friendly and helpful. Maria was amazing with my Sons fussy orders, we go to alot of subways and this one is up there as one of the best. Thankyou

Staff were patient with me when my card didn't work and kept my sandwich to the side whilst I bobbed to work to get an alternative payment. Lass that served me changed gloves when I ordered a vegan sandwich and asked if I wanted a meal deal with a fresh cookie.
