I tend to go in the morning. Usually quiet. Always found service exceptional. Manager sets a good lead for the staff in creating a welcoming atmosphere. Even though there are 2 other Costa's on the same stretch, this would be my choice each time. It is also more spacious on entry in comparison to the others.

Costa Coffee on Market Street in Manchester,what a lovely place to go for a Tea, Coffee Hot Chocolate Cappuccino Etc, always very friendly staff with excellent customer service,you can always be made very welcome and they will even bring your drink to your table, you can charge your laptop, phone etc and on a day to day basis you can meet the same friendly people who just go in for a drink or something to eat for a bit of time and space on their own.
On the odd occasion they have to deal with people who can't behave maybe they could change the seats and their tables to more modern and comfortable ones and maybe modernise the toilets but a lovely place to go to I definitely recommend it on a hot and cold day

Although there is a large number of customers, the service is fast, do not need to wait for a long time.

The drinks are nice. For any new/ignorant customers, you should be able to get an extra shot of coffee, for a Frappè, if you are inclined. Used my Treat Drop, for a nice slice of the Banana Loaf.

What to be expected of costa, all your usual brews, but the staff here were a barrel of laughs which always makes for a great experience!

Handy place to stop for coffee after a shopping trip. Security man was friendly and helpful, opening the door for me when I was struggling with my pram and bags and checking if I was ok. Small queue to get served, but service was good and I enjoyed my coffee. ☕

Place is crowded most of the time, costa is my number one choice as I love the Relaxing chairs and the coffee, but this branch is jammed and busy .
