My favourite Starbucks in Manchester city centre. Always very clean and tidy inside, great WiFi and plenty of space to get some work done in between meetings.
The location on first street also makes this place special as it's a great location for both leisure and business.

Love this place and try to come once a week. Relaxed and peaceful environment alongside friendly and professional service from both Jerry and Anna May, who go out of their way to ensure customers feel welcome. They deserves a raise and represent the company well! Very nice spot and coffee is amazing!

Pretty quiet on my visit, a Monday lunchtime. Plenty of staff though, and coffee and snacks arrived quickly. However, service was pretty lukewarm compared to my usual Starbucks experience. Additionally, this location lacks the atmosphere of some other coffee chain venues, including other Starbucks in Manchester itself.

I visit this Starbucks branch very often, all of the staffs are friendly, polite and customer s focus, T They remember my usual drink Matcha latte and make a lovely drink every time. The coffee shop is always clean and good atmosphere. Five stars from me.

It's a Starbucks. It's good in the sense that you know what to expect and there's never any disappointments. It's got decent outdoor seat which is nice to have a coffee in. Their toilets are limited and small however which isn't great. I imagine this is mostly out of their control but it means it can be a waiting game to go to the loo if it's busy; lots of people drinking caffeine in the morning + limited toilet capacity = not a great situation for anyone).
