Buffalo

My friend took me here for a quick bite to eat & I thought I would be underwhelmed by the offerings available. Suffice to say I was impressed and surprised by the quality of the food. They are not the standard s%^@ in a tray merchants you see on high streets everywhere. Plus, Nasir behind the counter serving us couldn't have been more attentive & helpful.

Everytime I visit, I always get the mixed steak and a portion of wings and they never let me down. Consistently taste amazing. The sauce they put on the wings always makes me glad I ordered them! Portion sizes are also good too. The place is clean and cozy, staff are also great too. Always a positive experience.

On our visit late friday evening the restaurant was not busy. We ordered the chicken steak one order Second meal the full chicken and 4 wings and two sides + two drinks. Unfortunately the choices were limited on the sides and the one was unavailable. So I put the question to the person that have you got an alternative and the answer was no because that was our policy. Very unhappy with the reply as customer satisfaction should be top on the list. -1 star Apart from that the food met our expectations and the service was brilliant.

Went yesterday and have been before. Although it's a little pricey, the selection of their menus is unique to the other fast food outlets on the same road. It's good for groups and comfortable seating. Clean and staff are friendly. The only thing is as there are always different people to serve you often, I've noticed that some of the time when I ask about the menu I'm told it's their first day or just started. It's not the staffs fault but it would help to retain a few permanent staff and incentivise them to stay. Chunky Chicken have regular staff and one of them knows what I want to eat and drink more often than not. Overall I would recommend and perhaps my suggestion could earn Buffalo a strike of 5 *.
