I go for a brew and a read every Sunday morning. It feels like a friendly community gathering place. The staff are a very friendly bunch.

The staff is very nice and coffee is ok. But the tables are often sticky. No idea why on earth they are.

Good atmosphere, although it was slightly busy and only two staff members were on shift but my drink was ready in minutes. Staff were polite and friendly.

The staff it's absolutely great, and the place it's always clean and very looked after. The only reason why I am not giving it a 5 star is because of their ongoing problem with the card machine, who hasn't been working properly for the last month.
When this happens, it limits the amount of people who actually visit the store, as most people now a days pay with cards.

The staff are always friendly. Unfortunately, most of the tables hadn't been cleared or wiped down, and it's much smaller now,which spoils the atmosphere.
I find some of the food and drinks quite expensive but I still go.

Visited on 28th June 2022. Excellent customer service from Morgan, who used the Costa app on her own phone to sort out two drinks for the price of one after I struggled with downloading the app myself.

Costa is getting expensive by the day. I liked their points when they generated money. Now you get free coffee and that you forget to collect and Baristas seldom ask you if you want to redeem them

Absolutely great place to go and unwind with a coffee and snack. It isn't hard to choose your best Coffee Shop when it comes to Costa, because they Re unbeatable at their prices and quantities, too… My day starts here most of the time

A very cozy place indeed. The ambiance was so quiet and comfortable that you can get a lot of work done in peaceful environment. There are chairs, sofa seats and counters to choose from according to your taste.
About coffee, I found it pretty bland to be honest. It just tasted like coffee dissolved in water with a pinch of milk. Still better than Starbucks but needed a cookie to get some taste. The staff is really friendly and helpful with ingredients and taste.
