Mistral's At Toll Gate

My wife and I absolutely enjoyed ourselves here. The service is wonderful and the ambience is perfect. Great drinks, like the pink squirrel and satin Manhattan, to go with outstanding entrees. But first, our appetizer the scallops and mushrooms were delicious. For the mains, we definitely recommend the duck and veal. You'll have a great date night here or any special occasion for that matter!

I've dined annually at Mistrals for more than 25 years. The reason I keep returning is that a more enjoyable meal cannot be had in the area. The combination of Chef Dana's kitchen, the extensive wine list, and Cheryl's delightful hospitality, added to the incomparable atmosphere, make every one of the numerous meals I've had there unforgettable.

My wife and I have dined at Mistrals for decades... certainly over 50 times. Every time we are in the area on days they are open we have dinner there. Every meal has been exceptional. Dana is a great chef... period! Cheryl is always warm, accommodating and makes sure we are well taken care of. A window seat, when available, is always a treat. Watching the ever changing flow of Bromley Brook is enchanting. Some of our favorites are: Escargot; Crab Cakes; Salmon Cannelloni; Long Island Duck; Tenderloin of Veal... The wine list shouldn't be overlooked either.
