My wife and I had a wonderful time at Ponce Bistro this evening! Everything was superb and expertly prepared. The cuisine was so exceptional, we made another reservation before leaving, to introduce our friends to this place!

Super tasty, flavorful, & fresh lunches. Nice spot for a nice meal. Friendly customer service. I believe it’s Puerto Rican based hence the name.

Prince Bistro is a consistently wonderful experience! It is the closest I’ve gotten, in the US, to the experience I had dining at the very small places in Rome and Florence, Italy. I think this connection may not even be the goal of the restaurant, but nonetheless it turns out being a wonderful “happy accident”. They have turned a small modest building into a warm, welcoming environment that serves up amazing dining experiences. Great job!

This place is a gem - the food is excellent, service is quick and the staff are very friendly. We went on a Saturday night which was extra special because of the weekly live jazz music. The ambience and lighting in this converted historic home are perfect for a date night as well as large groups (their largest tables can easily seat 12). The outdoor patio looked fun too, will definitely check that out once it's warmer outside!

Quaint atmosphere, good location for couples or families of up to four. Tried the Beef Wellington, Beet salad for 2, Very good! Oh and the dessert was also very tasty. GF options available.

Such a unique and thoughtful menu. Everything was delicious. The service is relaxed but friendly, so be prepared, they run at their own pace. So many locals came through to talk with the owner, they are clearly loved by the community, always encouraging to see.

Wow, the sandwichs are amazing. Carmel cider is so delicious words can't describe how yummy they are. We had a person with an allergy and they totally accommodated their needs.

The place is charming. It was a frigid day, and we were given a table near the fireplace. My friend was celebrating her 80th birthday. The owner treated us like royalty, giving us free dessert. The food was great. I highly recommend the rice and beans and creme brulee pudding. We will return! Thanks, Ponce Bistro!!

This place is so cool. It is warm, welcoming and so cozy. We were a large party of 12 and they were more than happy to accommodate us. They sat us in the large dining room, and it felt like we were at a family members house being cooked a hot meal. The staff was pleasant and knowledgeable and took care of our every need. The food was incredible, and it was clear that everything was cooked with care. Would recommend 100%!
