Annula's Pizza & Deli

First time trying this place and personally think it was amazing. Great portions , my mom had the fisherman's platter and she couldn't believe the portion that was in there , she loved it and the haddock was perfectly cooked. The calzone was a steak and cheese with mushrooms onions and peppers and that was super good too and the chicken parm was good as well . Definitely plan on trying more things out

It would have been 4 stars but canned mushrooms do not belong on pizza. Price and Quantity are great. Its greek style and there is barely any grease you can tell they use high quality cheese and the sauce has a distinctive flavor i would highly recommend them to another person looking for good pizza in Manchester.

It was Saturday at 9:30 when the half hour left until closing time. The woman on the phone with me was just incredibly rude and I've never seen such a disregard for customer service in my life. I have a history of guest services at hotels and as well as working at hospitals so I know good customer service when I see it and more importantly I know the worst when I see it. She seemed to ask me one question from the gecko and that was how soon are you going to be here and when I couldn't understand what you meant by that she hung up on me. I called her back made me a minute later and she let the phone ring through and didn't answer. I called the third time at about 18 of 10 Enchanted again got frustrated when she found out it was me and promptly have to fight again. Not only would I not purchase Lee ever eat at and Nola's Pizza and Deli after the terrible customer service I received but I will also make sure that I tell you everybody that asks about how unbelievably disrespectful and just poor customer service does that girl exhibited on the phone I know things are busy I've been there before I'm not trying to be a Karen but man you going to lose customers if you don't put that girl it's Jack because he was incredibly rude all right thank you for your time
