Mall of NH Restaurant: I placed a simple pick-up order for cheeseburger and fries last night. Arrived at RR at the time the order was to be ready. I had to leave quickly, couldn't check the order. When I got home (5 minutes away) the food was cold. Fries were not even warm, and burger was also cold. What the hell? I recommend that you check your order before you leave!!!

It was a great experience! The food was on point and it was one of the few times I didn't get a strange look for ordering an egg on my burger. The garlic herb fries are to die for and the $1.49 to make them your bottomless side is sooooo worth it. Only complaint is that the syrup for the sodas was low/out so a big mouthful of carbonated water was received by my friend. My own drink was borderline. I know it gets busy, but that's something you have to keep track of.

Servers are most attentive, and most are quite accommodating. The food is decent.
You might consider requesting that they toast the burger buns, as they tend to get soggy rather quickly. 🙏

Food is always great, but the order I placed recently said 20 minutes till ready thereabouts. I arrive at said time and then waited another 20 minutes outside after calling at the curb. If its going to take 40 min, just tell me 40 min and I will arrive and not wait.

They didn't put a lid on my pretzel dipping sauce. It spilt before the dasher got it to me. They were cheap on the blue cheese on my burger, & they didn't even give me a fork for my salad!

I've ordered to-go from here twice since the virus shut the world down. Both times the burgers have been very good. Neither time has my order been correct. Neither time have I gotten a reasonable amount of fries, considering how much my family normally eats when we go in person. Between that and the fact that even after 8 minutes in the little container the fries are soggy and gross, I just don't think we'll be back until we are comfortable eating in person.

We ordered takeout with curbside pickup. The food was okay, but when we came to pick it up, we called the curbside number twice and were hung up on after hearing a portion of what sounded like a "hilarious" employee conversation.
