Dunkin'

I arrived at 7:08 PM and I waited for 20 minutes and no one was in line for at least a few minutes...no else was there! I ordered 3 drinks, the 2 guys working there got all 3 drinks wrong and they kept asking me what to we ordered. I only sent one of the drinks back in to get changed because we had an appointment to get to. One would be standing around looking flustered while one was getting a drink. At one point, one of the guys took the trash out of the waste basket, put it aside and didn't even wash his hands...just got another cup out! They were talking to each other about how overworked they were and they weren't even doing their job! It was apparent they don't care about anyone

I have no idea what is wrong with this place in the afternoon. I had and on-the-go with a drink and sandwich. The receipt clearly says what I ordered but the guy only makes the drink after I get there and stand around (but doesn’t make the sandwich for some reason). Everyone ignores me as I’m standing there with my drink, patiently waiting and I have to tell some lady that I still have a sandwich that needs to be made. She BEGINS to make it, serving everyone in the drive-thru, only after I assert myself. Everyone was totally willing to let me stand there, as if I’m staring at them for no reason. What the hell is wrong with the employees here?

Terrible atmosphere and gross. Everyone was stoned. The guy who took my order had very bad hygiene. To add he wiped his runny nose with his hand just prior to putting together my order. Also the order taker couldn't get my order correct. Service is 1 Star Wrong Food is 1 Star Store Appearance is 2 Stars Overall Experience is 1 Star

I'm very disappointed with this location and those who work here and would like a manger to speak with me or I'll just give this to corporate. I came here today, April 28th at 8:20pm. This place stated it was open until 10 pm but yet there is no one here. No, I'm sorry we are closed on the window or anyway. I see a car out here but they must be in the back but they have not addressed anyone. Need a manager to contact me ASAP. How the heck do you close whenever you want? Either be in business or move over for another business that wants money.

Sat in a drive through line for 45 minutes. Finally place an order only to get to the window and it wasn’t made. They asked us a few times what did we order. They took forever to get our drinks as they were filling all the mobile orders that came in after us first. Don’t go here unless you want to wait forever in a drive through or forever inside
