Bada Bing

My medium well burger was medium rare and my well done burger was rare, yet the outside was burnt. The fries were over cooked in old oil. That was the last straw and our office is officially done with Bada Bing. I highly suggest going elsewhere. We used to love their chicken finger baskets but they have gone downhill.

Love their food, especially their Caprese Salad, but call in your order a good hour beforehand. We waited 45 minutes for two sandwiches and a salad--my lunch hour was over by the time the food arrived. Pizza I've had there in the past is mediocre. But seriously--their Caprese salad is amazing. If only they could figure out a way to organize their kitchen better to make the wait more reasonable.

Called Bada Bing around 8:45 tonight to place an order because their closing time on Google said 10. Apparently, they close at 9. I told the guy on the phone it was okay and to just forget it, but he insisted they could whip up my order before they closed. I got there at around 9:02 to pick my food up and they unlocked the door and let me in. I grabbed my order as I thanked them for still making me something even though they were closing. I expected being the last order of the day I would probably get all of the scraps, but I was wrong. The chicken tender basket was delicious, and I was pleasantly surprised. I'm sitting here totally stuffed after eating it all. And it was only $10.30; I could've made two meals out of that. Thanks Bada Bing!

High expectations, but unfortunately bada bing didn't even come close. Wings were not good, I could've baked better frozen wings. The gentleman who took and cooked my order was friendly, but Wings were not even close to crispy like I had requested. Big bummer because I'd like to support a local guy rather than a buffalo wild wings, but quality isn't there. Maybe if I heard they have a better quality product I would give it another chance.

This was my favorite place to get subs and pizza for years; However, theres been an astonishing decline in the food quality over the past few months. I've repeatedly gotten brown, slimy lettuce on my subs, and dry crunchy sub rolls. I had hoped maybe there was a new person cooking, and maybe it was just a fluke, but After recieving 2 completely burnt subs today (one wasn't even supposed to be toasted) I will not be returning.

Well to let everyone know that I went back to Bada Bing after I did not have a good experience, I was invited to go back and I will say that the salad that I got was VERY good and plenty of meat. Good job and hats off for them to make it right. That is what says much more about an establishment if they are willing to make something right that was not right the 1st time. I will be going back. Thanks you :)
