Ordered take out and was told my pizza would be ready at 5:45, got there right on time to be told 10 more minutes. Didn’t get my pizza until 6:18. Meanwhile one of the cooks is making pizza with bare hands but constantly touching her phone and not washing her hands. Sorry but phones are the dirtiest things. Completely disgusted by this location and their employees

I have no issues with the staff. They are trying thier best. My issue is with corporate. The online ordering, well, is terrible. The order wasn't even in the oven and the estimated time was fifteen minutes. Other people had a long wait as well. I still like their pizza. It has a unique taste and crust. They still bring your order to your table. Corporate needs to fix the app!!!! No wonder Papa Gino's is in financial trouble. Free WIFI.

My absolute favorite pizza in the world! Their pizza is always, hot, fresh and cooked to perfection. The rustic is the best, in my opinion. They also offer pasta, burgers, salads and subs, which are all good as well. Friendly, courteous staff. Their online ordering system could use some work. They usually have great deals and coupons. They feature all you can eat pasta and pizza nights Monday- Wednesday for $4.99 with $1 add on sides. Great place for families and kids.

Went there on a high review from my girlfriend. Ordered food and settled in. Little did I know just how long id be settling in. 50 minutes later of listening to the staff complain about how much their work ethic stinks and how they can't get properly staffed and our forgotten about breadsticks and the "ok I guess" pizza arrived. 70s decor was charming. Little else was worth my time or money. Steer around this questionable establishment for better fare close by.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! Called order in for 2 pizzas at 610pm. Once we got there they said we did not get your order. Hmmm I called 2x as I asked for directions. We ordered again and left with pizza at 8pm. Horrible service! Employees rude! They did not care and not one of them were hustling. Customers were not a priority! People were waiting to order and took at least 10 minutes mind you no one was in there but 3 people waiting for orders. Omg! No courtesy..I will be right with you, we are a bit busy, NOTHING. They just started making pizza, drinking soda VERY slowly. Kids running the show. My order was cooked separately. She made the 2nd one 10 minutes later. Wow no wonder they are going out of business. One was wiping her nose then making pizza without gloves! I put one star because not an option for 0 ..... Never ever would I go again!! This is a training opportunity. Management needs to train better!!!

I just love Papa Gino's. Your pizza is the best. My family ordered pizza last week and asked me what kind of Pizza do I want but I said I'm ordering from Papa Gino's, they're pizza is the best. When I got back from Getting my pizza a few of my family members had some of my pizza because there Pizza was too salty.

My estimated delivery time today was 521. By 551 I called to check where my order was and was told it should be right around the corner, my driver left 10 minutes ago (far past my delivery time). It did show up while I was hanging up. The chicken was great, the pizza was soggy, thin, and colder than the outside air. The crust was hard as a rock.

Ordered online—not a large order just a pizza and mozzarella sticks. Mozzarella sticks were done when we arrived at the stated time but pizza wasn’t. Not a big deal. The woman that came to the counter to take our card was gruff and clearly irritated. So we waited for our pizza. Another five minutes. In the meantime, another customer came in to pick up their online order and walked away with the mozzarella sticks we ordered. Oops. So gruff lady put down some more for us. More waiting. Customer with our sticks comes back and says are you guys “name”? Yep. But I don’t want the old mozzarella sticks. So we waited 20 minutes for an order that was pretty much done already to be served by people who were obviously not thrilled to help anyone. I mean, I’ve worked in customer service before and I get it. But like—find your fake face and voice soon. We won’t be going back.
