Dunkin' donuts has pretty good coffee but they are too expensive now for some of their stuff. I can go to Cumberland farms and get a breakfast sandwich and a coffee for $4.50, or I can go to Dunkin' donuts and pay eight or nine or even 10 depending on the coffee. And they seldom make it right. I get the same coffee every time you get it taste different every time because everybody makes them differently. So they're not consistent but hey, they are every place :-). In the coffee is pretty good.

I go to this dunkins all the time and I love the staff! They always get my order right which is a far cry from all the other dunkins in the area! Thank you for making my coffee experience in the morning wonderful!

People think they know 1/2 of the issues.staff are abused by Rebecca Miller,manager daily...the place is a joke I quit for the second time because I this time I had diarrhea and she wanted me to work around all of your guys stuff and now she marked me down as fired.
Chris allows this and he is above her boss which is Melissa who allows it and nothing will be done unless we boycott this place and don't get our stuff there

I've had problem near closing (for obvious reasons) in the past with items being available. They do not change their item availability on uber eats or any other app, and I even called and was ignore for an embarrassing 10 Mims of calling. They are very unreliable.

I give 3 star because this Dunkin’s has hired a lot of new people who have terrible customer service. When the service changes here my stars will go up. This is closet Dunkin’s to me and I love going here. Just not ok with the customer service from the newer employees.

Rude employee & slow service. Definitely not my favorite location in the city! I will not return and the coffee did not taste delicious how it usually does.

Fast good customer service and cook everything to order so really hot and fresh.... The people are so nice, I go here twice a day, if anyone can review this place it's me. The rervated the store. Has a new sign, and say Manchester runs on Dunkins inside the front door. Great place
