Dunkin'

I did a mobile order pick-up in which consisted of two drinks and two sandwiches. After waiting in the queue for 20 minutes I pulled the front and the girl says to me that they do not have my large drink nor any of my food I asked fine can I have a refund? She says of course but she still going to charge me for the medium iced drink after spending 25 by this point and 30 minutes from when I made the mobile order from home. Her justification was that she was the only employee there and they have not had a delivery in 2 days. Normally I would be okay with it, but the way she matter-of-factly told me that this is a situation too bad deal with it and delivering the worst customer service is absolutely unheard of. I recommend that no one ever goes to this Dunkin Donuts.

Gave this place multiple tries due to convenience, spent thousands of dollars so far (we are talking two daily drinks for past 4 yeas) but today topped it off. I usually have pretty good tolerance and almost never write complaints, but this place deserves investigation. Where do I start? Multiple times got my order wrong and several times asked to go back in line for them to get it correctly. When they get the order wrong, it’s always the customers’ fault. Forget about adding simple thing to order; you will be asked to go back in line for 5 munchkins. The have no problem serving watered down cappuccino when their machine is malfunctioning and still make it as if it’s your fault. If you ask for a coffee without sugar you will most definitely drive away with sugar in coffee so you are strongly advised to try your drink before driving off. Be advised you might be asked to go back in line. They swear, they talk back to customers, they talk about other customers while leaving the microphone on and you can hear it at the order station. The manager is always grumpy. Today got melted frosted donut with someone’s finger through the donut all the way for my 4 years old. Went back in line and was told it’s still edible and all frosted donuts are all like that today. I asked for regular non frosted instead. The gentleman with long blonde hair and hat wanted to charge me for a new donut, gave me attitude when I complained my daughter will not eat it like that and after agreeing they gave me the same frosted donut. Made comment with swear word something along lines that I am trying to rip them off. There was a lot of eye rolling and I felt like I was an inconvenience and not the customer. I am not sure what is going on with this plan and why they allow this to go on for so long. I felt harassed for asking for product that I paid for I expected to at least have the average quality and not donut with additional holes and missing frosting.

I've been to this Dunkin's many times since I live near by, but I try to avoid it as much as possible. The drive-thru usually takes awhile, service is 50/50 and same goes for the food quality. I usually don't find the time to write reviews but the last 2 times I've gone there have been that bad. Earlier this week, I got a coffee through the drive thru and everything was fine for me. Unfortunately for the people behind me, the person running the Dunkin' inside shut down the drive thru because the 2 employees couldn't keep up with that and the front counter. This morning I went again and sat with 4 other cars in the drive thru for 5 mins, the guy at the speaker kept saying hello and there was no response. Also, no one was at the window when we pulled up to see what was going on. It was like no one was working. You will have better luck if you drive a couple mins down the street to the other Dunkin'.

7/5/2021 11:20AM. Went through the drive through and with it being a holiday, the line was long, which didn’t bother us. The person taking our order, was very rude from the get go. When we get up to the window, she hands us our drinks and when we ask for our food, she then says “what wake up wrap”. So we tell her and she says she didn’t hear us order that. We told her we needed two wake up wraps. She then said sorry, the line is so f-ing (said the real word). She said it in a very rude way, not in an apologizing way. She was obviously annoyed. From reading the other reviews, wondering if this is the manager that everyone speaks of. Basically, they through our food at us. Not the most pleasant experience.

Today(03/16) 8:00 a.m. Once again, the manager from the Mr. Mikes on Wellington Road strikes again. They missed one of my three coffees, no problem. I go around to get my 3rd coffee, which was already paid for, the manager gave an attitude because SHE threw out the receipt and I explained that I had the order on my phone to validate. She then told me to F-off after she said F-this WHAT DO YOU WANT?! Naturally, this was not flying and I told her where she place that coffee. She then tried to tell me I'm no longer welcome to this Dunkins....Yeah Corporate, I will be calling you today. BTW....this was no act of coincidence. The manager has been the worst ever and we've complained about her and, of course, she's been even worse since the complaint. We have felt targeted by name because every time she hears our names her demeanor changes. We know this because we can hear how she speaks to others in front of us. This is pure retaliation on her part and no one should be treated like this! Let's see what corporates has to say.

7/8/21 11:20am Coffee isn’t always right. you’ll sit in the drive thru for 10 mins, with no one else in the drive thru or at the window, and they won’t say anything to you and won’t take your order? We left and came back with two cars in front of us and now they’re doing the same thing to them. The manager is so rude and if you are that miserable, get a new job.

The drive-through was extremely slow... after 10 min of not moving, I backed out of the line (only room for 1 lane, so glad no one was behind me), parked my van and went in. I had my coffee in hand in about 3 minutes, and as I walked out I realized the white truck at the window was the same vehicle as when I went 8n.
