Mcdonald's

Absolute chaos at this McDonald's. I don't know if I've ever seen a less organized fast food place, and I've been to a lot of them. On my last visit I had the following happen: -The drive through worker charged me for another person's order despite my order being paid in full with the app -The worker that brought my food out to me gave me the food for an order that wasn't mine or even the extra one they made me pay for. And of course they can't give you any kind of refund without going back to the store, but why would I ever want to spend my limited lunch time going back to this store?

To be frank, I don't usually give five stars to places like McDonald's buuuut this one is exceptional!! Some pros and cons; Cons: •To get into the parking lot headed from Auburn/highway, you have to take a left, go to the end of this abandoned long parking lot to take another left, cut through same abandoned lot to get to the McDonald's. I'm not sure if the abandoned building and lot is historic or something but it's 💯 useless and in the way if it's not. •Crumbly Manchester parking lot •One small sign letting you know where to find the drive thru when coming from Auburn/highway direction. • WHEN ITS BUSY OR VERY LATE the food quality occasionally slightly suffers. Pros: •Coming from Manchester there's an easy entrance right after the intersection. •The staff is always super friendly and very attentive to every order (especially McCafe drinks). •Food is almost always fresh and hot, never had the wrong food or drink given. Overall, an excellent McDonald's location that I always try and visit whenever I've got the hankering!
