Manager called a cust d.. Head while I was standing to gabe her my complaint. I knew i had to keep it cool when I was asking for help bcs her pumps the number 3 and 4 where so slow. She said again meaning she was already aware they were having issues. Took me 10 min to refill. My crv max tank capacity is 13 gal when completely empty and I arrived with a quarter tank. The pump marked me with 15+ gal. When i asked her what can be done she simply said nothing. She even suggested after me trying to explaining that it is impossible to get 15 gal on my tank with already gas in it hat my car is the problem. I told her it happened in another gas station and owner was taking care and looking for a solution as he was agreed pump was having problems and she decided to twist all to get rid off me.. After 10 min trying to be nice and talk she just wanted to get rid off me and I loose it and call her b.. And she banned me. I was asking her before that for her name and did not even looked at me when she gave it. Asked to write down her neme and she refused. Asked for stores owners name she refused to give it ..asked for a receipt also refused to provide me with one ..her employee was on her 1st day and decided to stand on the front door telling me I was disrespectfull and making fun of me.

New employees need to get it together! We are sold cold pizzas to cook at home whats the difference with buying other food and cooking at home? Most times food in the warmers have been sitting in there for hours and not up to health codes. Sarah get it together make sure everyone is on the same page. Worried about my rollers not meeting health codes but newbie DIDNT even ID FOR TOBACCO PRODUCTS!

Friendly staff. Wide selection of prepared and cooked food, though at higher prices than grocery stores. Amazon locker and RedBOX available! Update: Friday afternoon, February 2021; Facemasks required, though a few customers ignored the sign on the door. A female associate gave me a big smile 😊 even with her facemask on. I hope she could tell I smiled in return. Hand sanitizer available at Amazon locker 🛅. Update: Wednesday evening, February 2021: I appreciate the response from the owner but I am not upset with people not wearing masks in the store. I saw on the news awhile ago that two different employees from two different businesses in Manchester were insulted and assaulted by customers who became agitated by being asked to wear a 😷 facemask. I have seen customers in different businesses become upset because of restrictions due to Covid-19. Employees are not trained to deal with beligerant customers and may not have the means to protect their safety. I don't want to see employees get into trouble, especially when they are wearing facemasks and are courteous to customers.

Worst convenience store service in town. Always one employee working really hard and one that is restocking or busy doing something else while a long line of customers are waiting to check out. Perhaps this is why they always have new employees. I'll get my gas there, but avoid the store unless desperate.
