Dave & Buster's Manchester

First time coming to Dave and buster seem like a fun and great place. Just never thought I would have my first experience trying to eat with kids running around their table and keep bumping into my table while trying eat as the parents did nothing to control them. Not only that after they left went back to eating people came around clean the tables put the trash bin in front my table little common courtesy would be nice worst first time experience I had coming here. Hopefully be better next time

xDine is not very well presented, there's no categories for any menu items, it's just lists the beverages and food. There is no separation between alcoholic or non-alcoholic, or appetizers or entrees. A different vendor would have been a better choice. The food was good, and the server was friendly and polite. The gaming area was a bit crowded considering the pandemic, but it's 'murica.

Had a great time the waitstaff was great, menu was a little bit limited, wish i could have taken my alcoholic beverage to the gaming section like I use to. I guess it changed alot over the covid regulations in past year. Not our first time nor will it be our last our son loves the place. Could have given 5 stars but nothings perfect.

I got food poisoning within 30 minutes after eating the all American burger. I had chills, fever, headache & an upset stomach. Won’t be eating here again. UPDATE: I called my doctor the day after this happened, & it was confirmed that I did have food poisoning. Also, it’s been a week since I’ve filled out an online feedback form for Dave & Busters & no one’s gotten back to me... real professional. Save yourself the trouble & don’t eat here.

Managers lack basic buisness skills in customer service/retention. Manager on duty failed to address me properly and instead treated me with complete contempt. After requesting a refund for a just cause, I was denied and spoken down to. I spent close to $350 on food and games. After I reload 2 cards with $20, the games said the store closed and couldnt use them. I was denied a refund. After letting her know, I am a business owner and this is no way to act and treat customers, she futher snapped that it was company policy. If this is company policy, I will not be returning. Such a shame to because a measly $40 refund cost future business/revenue especially for our yearly Employee appreciation day in July. Please re-train your managers in the art of business and customer satisfaction.
