Burgerfi

Went in for a shake. It took several minutes for someone to take my order. When she did, her mask was down below her nose and she was mumbling and gave the impression she didn't want to help or serve anyone. Finally got my shake and the cup was only ~75% full. Used to love this place for their shakes...I won't be going back after this experience.

What could have been a good dining experience at Burgerfi ended up a hot mess. I ordered the VegeFi on the grass and I got it with the multigrain bun, I got it swapped out and got the right one (which I mentioned something because it's an upcharge to get it with a lettuce bun). Then my daughter got the junior bacon Cheeseburger and got one instead with jalapeños and a spicy sauce (a surprise for my daughter's burning mouth), I mentioned to the lady again and she apologized and got a new one made and refunded the sandwich. Sigh. Kinda a disappointment. I mean we enjoyed the sandwiches but just inconvenient and they are pricey. They are short staff but still kinda a let down because we were looking forward to coming.

If you’re okay with teenagers who have no idea what they’re doing while making your food, then waste your time and money here. This place used to be wonderful but as of lately, it seems like high schoolers with no proper training are the ones in charge of your “quality” food. The standards that this establishment used to hold are out the window especially now in the middle of a pandemic. Employees are not properly wearing masks and that’s IF they’re even wearing one. Every time i’ve gone in there my order has been wrong so my business will be taken to another place where ADULTS actually work like Five Guys where service is exceptional.
